Introduction to Conductive Plastic Potentiometer
Conductive plastic potentiometers consist of a substrate and a conductive plastic layer on its surface, which we commonly refer to as the element. During use, when the wiper moves on the surface of the element, the resistance value between the output terminal of the potentiometer and terminals 1 and 3 changes accordingly.
Advantages: Infinite resolution, high-speed tracking, long lifespan.
Installation Method
Generally speaking, screw mounting is used, which is a relatively simple way of installation. Usually, only tightening 2-3 screws can complete the installation process. However, because the product's housing cannot rotate, zero setting is not very easy, suitable for occasions where disassembly is not frequent. If it is needed to conveniently adjust the output of the product during installation, the servo slot on the potentiometer is useful. When selecting screws for screw mounting potentiometers, it is important to use the screws provided with the product as much as possible. Do not use screws that are too long, especially when installing linear displacement potentiometers, as screws that are too long may damage the internal resistors.

③Can set 3 ~ 6 horizontal or rising output segments according to customer requirements.
④Standard signal output is clockwise, but can also be set to counterclockwise signal output.
⑤Can achieve special wide voltage input of 9 ~ 30V, 4 ~ 20mA/0 ~ 20mA output; PWM output, etc.
⑥Can provide special shaft length, special shaft diameter, or special processing on the shaft according to customer requirements.
⑦With a stop bit (345º), special mechanical rotation angles such as 270º, 180º, 90º can be provided, or specified by customers.
⑧Can provide products with light torque<0.5mN·m or high torque <30mN·m.
⑨Can provide products with special protection levels above IP54.
